Identifying Bad Running Form

I personally have poor running form – am still in the process of slowly altering it to become more efficient. After multiple attempts, It has dawned on me that changing my running form is not as easy as it is made out to be. It is definitely more energy-sapping, and you’ll immediately find running in a different way that you’re used to a total hindrance. However, have you thought of why there is a heavy emphasis on running technique? The reason is because with proper form, you can help improve your performance and decrease your risk of running ailments and injuries.
